Am I able to cancel my order?
  • Please e-mail info@maverickwesternwear.com if you’d like to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel orders if the order has not already shipped. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible.
  • We are currently not able to revise any orders once placed. If you made an error on your order it is best to call our web sales consultant to have the order cancelled. You will then be able to place a new order with the correct items on our website.
Damaged Items:
  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email info@maverickwesternwear.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.  
  • Our web sales consultant will assess the situation and advise of next steps.
Lost Package:
  • Maverick Fine Western Wear  is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund.  Maverick Fine Western Wear is not liable for packages once they leave the store.
  • Maverick Fine Western Wear is not liable for packages once they leave the store or are lost or stolen. However, if you have a package that is missing, we want to do everything within our power to help you find resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may take several days or weeks as we need to open a claim with the mailing carrier and communicate with them to determine a resolution. Please contact us with your order information and we will begin the process.
