All items must be returned to us within 30 days of initial delivery.
FINAL SALE items are non refundable, store credit will be issued.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items purchased at a discount.
- Items that are marked “Sale” on the website.
- Hats that have been custom creased or stretched, along with boots that have been stretched.
- Custom orders.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the order being placed. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to Maverick Fine Western Wear, or returned to the store within 30 days of receipt or purchase. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. We do not provide return labels. We will use the delivery date from the mail carrier provider tracking link provided at the time of shipment to calculate return dates. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense, will not be refunded or credited. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
LOST PACKAGES: Maverick Fine Western Wear is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Maverick Fine Western Wear is not liable for packages once they leave the store.
EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we can not always promise an exact exchange.
SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe, or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.
INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are human, and mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, or, are missing an item, let us know by: emailing email@example.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong, or call us at (800) 282-1315. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days of receipt. When the item is received, Maverick Fine Western Wear will ship the replacement item.
RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES: If you make a purchase in store, and need to return the item via a shipping method, please select a preferred shipping provider and send the item to: Maverick Fine Western Wear, 100 E. Exchange Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76164. We require that all tags from the store are attached, and the receipt is returned with the package.
