**3. In-Store Returns and Exchanges:**

- To return or exchange an item in-store, please visit our only location at 100 East Exchange Fort Worth, Tx 76164 along with the item and your proof of purchase. Our friendly staff will assist you with the process.

 

**4. Online Returns and Exchanges:**

- If you made your purchase online, you have two options for returns and exchanges:
  - Return the item(s) by mail: Kindly send your item(s) to our only location at 100 East Exchange Fort Worth, Tx 76164. For further instruction or clarification, contact our Customer Service team at 817-626-1129. Return shipping costs may apply. We do not refund shipping costs.
  - Return the item(s) to a physical store: You can also return or exchange online purchases at our only location at 100 East Exchange Fort Worth, Tx 76164.

 

**5. Refund and Exchange Options:**

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or product, please inform our staff, and they will assist you with the exchange process.

 

**6. Damaged or Defective Items:**

- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return and exchange policy applies.
