With Italian inspiration in honor of the Perini family heritage, this blend is the perfect balance of sea salt, citrus, rosemary and a little red pepper.  Aside for the Fish & Fowl it is named for, it's delicious on roasted vegetables. Pro tip: a little of this rub goes a long way.
